REFUND POLICY

This Policy outlines the refund and cancellation policy ("Policy") of Bullmate ("Company") regarding the provision of its courses and services. Please read this Policy carefully as it governs the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted and cancellations may be processed.

Policy Variations

The Company acknowledges that its refund and cancellation policies may differ based on the specific offerings and payment options chosen by the user. It is the user's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the applicable policies before engaging in any transactions with the Company.

Violation of Terms and Conditions

The Company places significant importance on the adherence to its Terms and Conditions by all users. Any violation of these terms may result in the user's ineligibility for a refund, even if the request is made within the designated refund period. The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds to users who have violated its policies.

 Refund Eligibility

For one-time, paid enrollments, users may be eligible for a complete refund if they cancel their enrollment within 10 days of initial enrollment. However, if the cancellation is made after 15 days of enrollment, no refund will be provided. It should be noted that Subscription-based courses or services are not eligible for refunds.

 4.2 Discretionary Refunds

The Company retains the sole discretion to offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. The decision to grant a refund lies solely with the Company, and no obligation exists to provide refunds beyond the parameters established in this Policy.

The distinction between Subscription and One-time Payments

Users must be aware that refund and cancellation policies may vary between subscription-based payments and one-time payments. It is the user's responsibility to understand and comply with the specific policies applicable to their chosen payment method.

 Late Refunds and Unsatisfactory Grades

The Company shall not grant refunds to users who fail to attain a passing score in a course or voice discontentment with their final score beyond the designated period. Refunds shall only be conferred in strict adherence to the provisions delineated within this Policy.

 Third-party Marketplace Transactions

Refund Policy of Third-party Marketplaces

In the event that a user procures or subscribes to a course or service offered by the Company via a third-party marketplace, including in-app purchases like through Google Play Store or transactions facilitated by alternative payment services, the refund policy of said marketplace shall govern, unless expressly specified otherwise by the Company.

 Third-party Marketplace Responsibility

Unless explicitly stated by the Company, the third-party marketplace assumes full responsibility for processing refunds in accordance with its own refund policy. The Company disclaims any responsibility or liability related to the refund policy of third-party marketplaces or their compliance with or deviation from such policy.

 Subscription Plans and Pricing

The Company reserves the right to modify its subscription plans or adjust pricing for its services or any of its components. Such modifications or adjustments may be made at any time and at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company. Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms.
